We first heard about Blighted during last year's Summer Games Fest. With past credits such as Guacamelee!, Guacamelee! 2 and Severed, the studio is now turning its eye toward a 3D Metroidvania-RPG. The core premise of the game revolves around the player regaining lost communal memories and also eating brains, so it’s definitely heavy on the surreal and slightly macabre.
