第四十六条 机关、团体、部队、企业事业组织等驻社区单位，不参加本社区的居民委员会，但是应当支持居民委员会的工作。居民委员会组织讨论同驻社区单位有关的问题，需要驻社区单位参加会议时，驻社区单位应当派代表参加。驻社区单位在参与社区治理、提供社区服务中接受居民委员会指导，遵守居民公约，促进社区共建共治共享。
