Though at some point I rememberd the feeling I had while using Windows 95 through 7 (the last one I had on my personal computer before switching to Macs). Tinkering, Googling, reading obscure forums, editing the registry... WSL tries very hard to maintain an illusion of complete smooth integration between the two worlds, but these issues break immersion and distract from work.
